SCOT Sheridan have an established development team of solicitors, design professionals and contractors which allows us to react and evaluate opportunities promptly and to develop schemes through to completion in a cost effective manner, creating the product sought by the tenant and investment market.
Projects are undertaken utilising our own financial resources in conjunction with our principal bankers, The Royal Bank of Scotland. Many of our projects have been progressed as joint ventures either with land owners or funding partners.

Light Industrial / Trade Counter Schemes
Over the last two years SCOT Sheridan have been focused on the light industrial and trade counter sectors across the central belt of Scotland, and, increasingly, in the North of England.
Our team of local and national agents in the trade counter sector has evolved over the last 18 months, and through completed projects and lettings coupled with specific location evaluation, we have direct links with many of the national trade operators.
We currently have some 250,000 sq ft of product recently complete or coming forward for tenant occupation and are commited to seeking new development sites North and South of the border.
