SCOT Sheridan is a property development company with offices
in St Vincent Street, Glasgow and Pall Mall, London. We have a strong track record in the commercial sector built
up over a 15 year period in Scotland
and stretching back through Sheridan Estates south of the border for nearly
30 years.

Directors David MacLachlan and David Young are based in Glasgow from where the property team has an in-house project management, letting co-ordination and administration / accounting resource base.

SCOT Sheridan have completed major projects in most commercial sectors including offices, retail, leisure and mixed use. Industrial projects, both speculative and bespoke, have traditionally been a particularly active sector for SCOT Sheridan and we are acknowledged as
a sector leader.
